Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the n786 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with n786's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the n786 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. n786 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with its licensing obligations. Evidence of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction of residence may not register or use the Platform.
3. Single Account. You may hold only one active n786 Account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
4. Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through n786's own responsible gaming tools or imposed by a third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
5. Not an n786 Employee. Current employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of n786 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of n786 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must first complete the Account registration process. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number or passport number, valid email address, and mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. n786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify n786 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Sharing your Account login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• n786 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.
• All information provided during registration must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any of your registered details change.

Identity Verification (KYC)

n786 is required by its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or international passport.
• Proof of address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence — issued within the previous three months and displaying your registered name and address.
• Proof of payment method — documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used to make deposits.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where required for enhanced verification purposes.

n786 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict Account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading documentation is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

n786 processes all Account funding transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. No foreign currency conversion is applied on any transaction.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your n786 Account balance in real time on most occasions, subject to network availability. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account. n786 does not charge a deposit fee for standard PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one business day. n786 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays in Pakistan.

1. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on the Account before funds are released.
2. n786 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal of a high value or in circumstances where enhanced due diligence is required.
3. Winnings derived from funds deposited via a specific payment method may, at n786's discretion, be required to be returned to that same payment method.
4. Funds deposited through erroneous transactions may be reversed. It is the User's responsibility to ensure deposit details are entered correctly.
5. n786 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the n786 Account.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

n786 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all n786 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits. The wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• n786 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a User from a promotion where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, exploiting promotions through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — is a prohibited activity and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the n786 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and should be consulted alongside these general provisions.

1. Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on n786 are subject to acceptance by n786. n786 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion without providing a reason, including where a bet is placed using incorrect odds arising from a technical error or pricing mistake.
2. Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), n786 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account balance.
3. Match Abandonment. Specific rules governing the settlement of bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or shortened are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
4. Casino & Slot RNG. All casino and slot games available on the n786 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect audited long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
5. Maximum Wins. n786 may impose maximum win limits on individual bets, game sessions, or promotional periods. These limits are published in the relevant game or offer terms and will be applied when calculating payout amounts.
6. Minimum Stake. Minimum stake amounts for individual bets and game rounds are displayed within the relevant sports market or game interface and may vary by product.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n786 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds), and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer through strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent (bonus abuse).
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing or operating another User's Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the n786 Platform — including, without limitation, the n786 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game content, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of n786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without n786's prior written consent.
• Use the n786 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any n786 Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Responsible Gaming

n786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified duration of play, or set hard session time limits that terminate your session automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from n786 for a period of between 30 days and permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot open a new Account or circumvent the restriction.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net gaming activity and session duration.

n786 may, at its discretion and in accordance with its licensing obligations, impose additional restrictions on an Account where indicators of problem gambling behaviour are identified, including without limitation unusual patterns of play, requests for exceptions to responsible gaming limits, or disclosures made to n786 support staff.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n786 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

1. Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, whether or not n786 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
2. Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party network disruption, or any other cause beyond n786's reasonable control.
3. Any error in odds, game outcomes, settlement calculations, or account balance displays that n786 corrects pursuant to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by the User's payment provider, banking institution, or mobile wallet operator.
5. Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure or loss of login credentials.

n786's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant liability arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits n786's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by n786's negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

n786 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them.

By registering an Account on n786, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the administration of your Account and any applicable bonuses or promotions.

n786 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game content providers) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of those services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

Account Termination & Suspension

n786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime activity.
• Identification of the Account holder as an underage individual.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where required by n786's licensing authority, a regulatory body, or applicable law.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting n786 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed by n786 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, n786 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance in accordance with its fraud prevention, AML, and licensing obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n786 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through n786's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by n786's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact n786 support to allow n786 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. n786 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent imminent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

n786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, n786 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users by email to the address registered on the Account, by prominent notice on the Platform, or by both means.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact n786 support to close your Account.
